David Farquharson – Creative Director
David Farquharson is the founder and owner of Farhorizon Studio, an exhibit design and fabrication company with over ten years of experience providing a wide range of services and capabilities. At Farhorizon Studio, he produces exhibits using diverse approaches and materials to address a variety of subject matter in order to create memorable and educational experiences for his clients’ museum viewers. His work seeks to find unique ways to turn exhibit components into hands-on interactive experiences. In addition to museum exhibits, David also creates large scale interactive public sculptures. At the core of all his creative projects is the search for new and exciting ways to create engaging experiences with the public.
Education:
- MFA in Sculpture from the Maryland Institute College of Art
- Undergraduate degrees in Visual Art, Art History and Computer Science from Gettysburg College
